AIDS LifeCycle: The Long Road Ahead

Tuesday, December 4, 2007

Update - add a milkshake.

My dietitian* called this morning.
She had run some numbers on my height/weight/age and fitness goals.
She said the 2600 calorie / day estimate was too low.
"Add a milkshake in there every day."

This is going to take some getting used to.
