December training loop.

I've finalized a training loop that:

  • maximizes long, uninterrupted stretches of riding
  • traverses breathtakingly beautiful vistas
  • is appropriate for the December goal of a maximum 20-25 miles per ride.
  • allows for a gradual and sufficient warm-up before hitting the steep hills.
